I am so thrilled with my new hearing aid. The modern technology increases the volume only of the sounds that couldn't be heard clearly without accentuating any other sounds.
Once it was confirmed that my hearing was deteriorating, my doctor suggested calling Bronwen and discussing the options with her. The first of many good experiences was the answer phone. The message was so carefully spoken that there was no confusion of the details.
Bronwen rang back within minutes, and we arranged an appointment. Next came the technical analysis and an explanation in terms pitched to match my understanding. Bronwen is skilled in making her clients feel valued and included in decision making.
The follow up service after the purchase has been very beneficial for me. I have make several visits to fine tune the device at no extra cost. Follow up calls and newsletters are all part of the friendly service! What a difference it makes to have confidence in both the device and the audiologist!
